1. Delivery Options

• Shipping via GlobKurier:
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Other regions: 7–14 business days
• In-person pickup is available at the warehouse with a signed handover protocol.

2. Shipping Costs and Duties

• Shipping fees are dynamically calculated.
• Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• Consumers can withdraw within 14 days without providing a reason.
• Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Notify us at info@pekergroup.pl to initiate a return.
• Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection.

4. Defective Goods and Warranty

• Claims are handled under Articles 556–561 of the Civil Code.
• Manufacturer warranties apply if provided.
