• Confirmation email constitutes acceptance.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in PLN and include VAT.
• Payments are processed via PayU.
• Final prices are set upon order confirmation.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Via GlobKurier: 3–7 days (EU), 7–14 days (worldwide).
• In-person pickup requires signed protocol.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods.
• Notification must be sent to info@pekergroup.pl.

6. Warranty and Defects

• Manufacturer’s warranty (if available).
• Defect claims per Civil Code Articles 556–561.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Not liable for issues with third-party services.
• Force majeure applies.

8. Intellectual Property

• Website content is protected and may not be reused without consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Governed by Polish law.
• Disputes fall under Warsaw–Praga–Południe courts.
